Returns and Exchanges

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.
As a small independent brand focused on limited, carefully produced garments, we do not offer cash refunds at this time. We can offer store credit or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email support@anino.ca with your order number and photos of the issue. A replacement or store credit will be issued immediately once verified.

 

Return and Exchange Fees

The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us. Any shipping costs are to be deducted from the refund value.

All shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition

Original packaging must be included

Items must be shipped back within the 14-day return window

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged

Sale or discounted items are eligible for store credit only and cannot be exchanged.

 

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at support@anino.ca. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions. If you are looking to exchange, initiate a return. Once the return is processed on our end and you have received your refund, you may purchase the item you wanted to exchange for.

Any return sent without approval may be refused and marked as final sale.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
Refused deliveries or packages returned without authorization will be processed as store credit only and may be subject to a restocking fee.

 

Inspection

All returned items are carefully inspected upon arrival. Returns showing signs of wear, damage, washing, or or, heavy wrinkling, or missing packaging may be refused or subject to a restocking fee. 

Once a return or exchange is processed for an order, that entire order becomes final and cannot be returned again.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are typically processed and shipped within 3-4 business days after the original item is received and approved.

Exchange availability depends on stock levels. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.

 

High-Risk Orders

Orders flagged as high risk by our payment processor may require ID verification before shipping.

If verification is not completed within 30 days, the order may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion, minus any processing fees.

 

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but it has not arrived, please contact us immediately at support@anino.ca so we can assist with filing a carrier claim.
